Welcome to PairStreak. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PairStreak. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use PairStreak. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. How the App Works

PairStreak allows you to privately share one photo per day with a paired partner. Both users must consent to the pairing via an invite code. Photos are only visible to the paired users. Features include daily photo sharing, streak tracking, and optional push notifications.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant PairStreak a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver your content to your paired partner as part of the service. We do not sell, share, or publicly display your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates another person's rights
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its infrastructure

6. Premium Features

PairStreak may offer premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective store's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

PairStreak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairStreak and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
